About The Producer
Champagne Jean Gimonnet is a grower Champagne house based in the Côte des Blancs. Its Blanc de Blancs wines emphasise the character of Premier Cru Chardonnay vineyards and traditional long cellar ageing.
Winemaking Information
La Guette 2008 is 100% Chardonnay from selected Premier Cru plots. Traditionally bottle-fermented and aged for approximately 13 years on lees before disgorgement in October 2022. The existing Shopify record lists 12.5% ABV; exact dosage was not verified.
