About The Producer
Domaine Evremond was founded in 2015 by Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger and Patrick McGrath MW, bringing together Champagne expertise and the chalk-rich soils of Chilham in Kent. Its first Classic Cuvée, Edition I, was released in 2025 following years of vineyard development and cellar work.
Winemaking Information
Edition I is 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier, made from 80% of the 2020 harvest with 20% reserve wine from 2019. Fermented and matured in stainless steel with full malolactic conversion, then matured for approximately three years on its lees in bottle. Dosage: 7 g/L. Traditional-method English sparkling wine.
