Winemaking Information
Sourced from selected vineyards in the Hunter Valley, the grapes are harvested in the cool of the morning before whole-bunch pressing and fermentation in French oak, a small proportion of which is new. Time on its fine lees builds texture and complexity, while the Hunter's naturally vibrant acidity keeps the wine fresh and beautifully balanced. The result is a Chardonnay that combines generous fruit with elegance and restraint.
