Château Haut Simard belongs to the Vauthier family, best known as the owners of the legendary Château Ausone, one of Saint-Émilion's Premier Grand Cru Classé A estates. Winemaking Information
Château Haut-Simard 2012 is a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru blend of approximately 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from the Vauthier family's vineyards.
