This delightful, and rather smart looking Champagne comes from the relatively young Champagne House of Germar Breton that was established in 2005.  Based in the southerly Aube region, they make approachable, terrific value wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.  This wonderful introduction to their range shows expressive brioche, green apple and quince fruit and has wonderfully balanced acidity. 

Germar Breton are certainly a Champagne House to keep an eye on.
