There really is nothing to dislike about this wine. Above anything else, it is delicious, and it is fun. Lightly sparkling (under a crown cap), consciously made and fairly low in alcohol. I'd sooner drink this than many a more expensive Prosecco - it's dry, light and crisp with a bouquet of white flowers and a fresh, fruity palate. Simple. Delicious.

Terre dei Buth are all about a return to nature, where wine is produced organically and with a simple appreciation of nature, hence the gourd-inspired bottle labels.
