As pure as glacial water, yet powerful enough to carve through rocks. Only great Riesling can offer such a dichotomy of elegance and dominance. Peach and apples lead the attack, mellowed by cherry blossom and sage. The energy comes from sassy spice, razor sharp acidity and a lingering salinity. Nothing is out of place; the palate is velvety and harmonious and the finish is eternal. Otherworldly. I can't wait to see how this infant wine develops over it's long life ahead. I'll be buying this for myself, and my children.
