A complex, dark and intensely flavoured vinegar from one of Jerez's finest Sherry houses. For years, this extraordinary reserve was kept exclusively for the family and close friends of the House. Thankfully, they've now released an incredibly limited quantity, making it available to a handful of retailers and the chefs who prize it for its remarkable depth and balance. We've managed to secure a small allocation for our deli shelves at Vino Gusto.

Quite simply, it's the finest vinegar you'll ever taste. Drizzle it over tomatoes or leafy salads, mix with good extra virgin olive oil for an unforgettable bread dip, or use a few precious drops to elevate grilled fish, roasted vegetables or even strawberries.
