The 2008 La Guette is a cuvée from the best Premier Cru plots of the winery. 100% Chardonnay, disgorged after 13 years on the fine lees in October 2022. Very fine, elegant, fragrant nose. Very chalky with a mineral character and delicate toasty, nutty aromas. Balanced, soft and creamy with sweet butter and brioche flavours.
