With just a touch of brioche, shortcake and marzipan, the juice has all the decadence of Champagne, but the drinkability of a wicked, zippy and pure crémant. A blend of three grapes local to the region: Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Chardonnay. 

Tucked between the foothills of the Alps and Burgundy, the Jura is France's most confidential wine producing region. This bottle fermented sparkler comes from the Jura's (maybe even France's) largest and oldest co-operative which are locally referred to as the Fruitières.
