Perfect Picpoul. As pure and pristine as glacier run-off with faint notes of citrus, white blossom and crushed oyster shell. Zesty and salty on the palate with green apple crunch. More character than many a Picpoul too with some welcome weight and texture. The classic pairing here is oysters, but it's a real treat with fried calamari. My mouth has started to water just thinking about it...

Domaine Reine Juliette is a sixth-generation, family-run estate based right on the edge of the Mediterranean in the heart of Picpoul de Pinet.
