About The Producer
Rook en Spieëls works with distinctive Western Cape vineyards to make small-batch, low-intervention wines. Kabbelend uses dry-farmed Cinsault bush vines from the border of Paarl and Swartland, with organic vineyard management.
Winemaking Information
Cinsault from dry-farmed, organically managed bush vines on the Paarl–Swartland border. Fermented with native yeasts and whole clusters to give freshness, crunch and gentle structure. Reported ABV varies between retailers; check the 2023 bottle label.
