About The Producer
Terre dei Buth is a family-owned, organic sparkling-wine estate in Mareno di Piave, Treviso. Winemaker Paolo Marion comes from a family of Veneto vinegrowers and began working the family vineyards with his brother Massimo in 1999, converting them to organic farming before establishing his own winemaking business in 2003. The Terre dei Buth label launched in 2017, bringing together certified organic growing, vegan-friendly production and the Martinotti-Charmat method. The wines are made with careful temperature control to preserve the fresh fruit, floral aromatics and relaxed, easy-drinking character of the Veneto.
Winemaking Information
An organic white-grape blend from Treviso, commonly listed by merchants as Glera and Chardonnay; the winery does not specify exact grapes. After around ten days' stainless-steel fermentation, secondary fermentation takes place over 20–25 days in pressurised tanks. Dosage: 11–12g/L. ABV: 10.5%. Lightly sparkling, under crown cap.
