About The Producer
Terre dei Buth is a family-owned, organic sparkling-wine estate in Mareno di Piave, Treviso. Winemaker Paolo Marion comes from a family of Veneto vinegrowers and began working the family vineyards with his brother Massimo in 1999, converting them to organic farming before establishing his own winemaking business in 2003. The Terre dei Buth label launched in 2017, bringing together certified organic growing, vegan-friendly production and the Martinotti-Charmat method. The wines are made with careful temperature control to preserve the fresh fruit, floral aromatics and relaxed, easy-drinking character of the Veneto.
Winemaking Information
An organic and vegan Frizzante Rosé from Glera and Raboso grown around Treviso, Veneto. The varieties are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with around ten days of alcoholic fermentation followed by 20–25 days of secondary fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Martinotti-Charmat method. The estate reports 10.5% ABV, 11–12g/L dosage, 5–6g/L total acidity and recommends serving at 6–8°C. The sparkling style is lightly effervescent rather than full-pressure Spumante.
