Why You'll Love It
Lip-smacking, nostril invading, fizzy fun. Lemoss Rosé is made from Glera, the Prosecco grape variety, Pinot Nero (Noir) and the indigenous Raboso from Veneto, but using the old-fashioned col fondo method. Dry, hazy and natural but remarkably crisp and clean with flavours of rose petal, tart berries and wild strawberries. A great introduction to the world of pet-nat/natural wine, this is summery, fresh and spectacularly gluggable. A (certain) crowd pleaser.
About The Producer
This independent family-owned winery in Piave, Treviso has been going since 1931. They own all their vineyards and don’t buy in any grapes or wines, allowing them to maintain high standards every step of the way.

Very much into traditions and quality, they use a lot of native varieties and a very old Veneto trellising style – the Bellusera system, that gives their vines a quite unique diamond-shaped pattern.
Winemaking Information
Lemoss Rosé is made using the traditional col fondo (or ancestral) method, where the wine undergoes its second fermentation in bottle rather than in tank. Unlike Prosecco, it is neither filtered nor disgorged, meaning the natural yeast sediment remains in the bottle, adding texture and complexity. Made with indigenous yeasts and zero dosage (no added sugar), the result is a naturally cloudy, bone-dry sparkling rosé that's lively, refreshing and full of character.
