Once upon a time, Grillo was most famous for it's role in Sicily's fortified Marsala wines. Today we realise the true calling of the variety... Bright, racy wines with refreshing drinkability and good, food friendly texture. Rarely complex, but always delicious.

Here we have a great example. Juicy white peach and honeydew melon with a touch of grapefruit and ginger to lift the palate. Soft, harmonious and eminently drinkable as a lunchtime aperitif, or with a bowl of seafood pasta.
