Châtelain Desjacques is produced by Les Caves de la Loire, a leading grower cooperative in France's Loire Valley. Working with vineyards across the region, the team specialises in fresh, expressive wines that capture the bright fruit and lively acidity for which Loire whites are famous. Sustainability is central to their approach, with growers following certified environmental practices in both vineyard and winery.
Winemaking Information
Harvested from cool-climate Loire Valley vineyards, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to retain Sauvignon Blanc's vibrant aromatics and freshness. No oak is used, allowing the wine's citrus, gooseberry and herbaceous character to take centre stage, supported by bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
