Why You'll Love It
Properly cheerful Italian fizz without the fuss. Peachy fruit, a squeeze of citrus and lively bubbles make this an excellent aperitif, but it's equally at home in a spritz or with weekend brunch. A gentle bitter edge keeps it refreshingly dry-feeling.
About The Producer
Beppe Morchetta is a lively expression of northern Italian wine, bringing together grapes grown in the Veneto, around the hills and vineyards near Lake Garda. The range pairs local varieties such as Garganega and Corvina with a clean, modern winemaking style. These are straightforward, expressive wines with a distinctly Italian sense of generosity.
Winemaking Information
A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano sourced from the Veneto. The base wine is fermented in stainless steel at around 18°C, then undergoes its second fermentation in a pressurised tank using the Martinotti (Charmat) method. No oak is used, keeping the fruit bright and the mousse fresh.
