This is bright, generous and brilliantly fresh. Expect lovely juicy peach, golden apple and pineapple flavours, lifted by lemon zest and a touch of jasmine. The palate is lovely and round, but fresh enough to keep everything lively and refreshing.

A great bottle to have in the fridge for almost any occasion - this is so versatile. Delicious with seafood and surprisingly good with slightly spicy Asian cuisine.
About The Producer
Bodega Staphyle was established in 2002 when the Porretta family lovingly restored a historic winery dating back to the 1930s in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Today, the family farms around 60 hectares of vineyards, combining modern winemaking with some of Argentina's finest vineyard sites. Their philosophy is simple: produce wines that are expressive, approachable and exceptional value, showcasing both Argentina's famous varieties and some of its lesser-known gems. The Iris range is all about freshness, purity and everyday enjoyment.
Winemaking Information
The grapes are sourced from vineyards in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, where warm sunny days and cool Andean nights allow the fruit to ripen slowly while retaining freshness. Following a gentle pressing, the juice is fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine spends a short period on its fine lees before bottling, adding a touch of creaminess while preserving Chardonnay's vibrant fruit and crisp acidity. With no oak influence, the emphasis is on purity, freshness and drinkability.
