About The Producer
Bodega Staphyle is a family winery established in 2002 in a historic bodega in Carrodilla, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. The Porretta family combines Argentina's high-altitude vineyards with modern, careful winemaking. Its Iris range showcases ripe, expressive fruit and a smooth, welcoming style.
Winemaking Information
100% Malbec from Mendoza, with fruit from Luján de Cuyo and other high-altitude sites. Cold macerated, fermented in stainless steel and briefly matured with some oak influence to add gentle spice. The 2025 bottling is confirmed at 13.5% ABV.
