About The Producer
Bodega Staphyle is the Porretta family's winery in Mendoza, founded in 2002 in an old Carrodilla bodega. The family works with vineyards across this celebrated Argentine region, making approachable wines that retain freshness and fruit purity.
Winemaking Information
100% Malbec from Mendoza, produced in the Iris range's juicy, fruit-forward style. Earlier releases use temperature-controlled fermentation and some oak maturation. The precise 2026 maturation and ABV have not been independently confirmed; the existing 13.5% ABV is retained pending bottle verification.
