It's uncomplicated winemaking done well, allowing the quality of the fruit to shine through.
Winemaking Information
The grapes are sourced from vineyards across South Africa's Western Cape, where warm sunshine is moderated by cooling ocean influences. After harvest, the juice is naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks before spending around nine months on its fine lees. This extended lees ageing builds texture and complexity while retaining Chenin Blanc's vibrant fruit and freshness. With no oak influence, the wine is a pure expression of one of South Africa's most celebrated grape varieties.
