About The Producer
Entero celebrates old-vine Macabeo from the high hills of Manchuela in inland Spain. Vineyards sit at around 700 metres above sea level, where sunny days and cooler nights help give the fruit both flavour and fresh acidity. Organic cultivation and minimal handling in the cellar let the grape's floral, citrus-led personality shine through, with the wine bottled unfiltered.
Winemaking Information
Old-vine Macabeo grown organically in high-altitude Manchuela, around 700 metres above sea level. Healthy grapes are fermented in tank with minimal handling, then bottled without filtration to retain their texture and varietal character. Specific fermentation temperatures and barrel ageing for the 2023 vintage are not documented.
