About The Producer
Fonseca is one of the Douro's historic Port houses, founded in the nineteenth century and especially celebrated for deeply flavoured, ageworthy Vintage Ports. Bin 27 is its reserve ruby style, blended for youthful fruit and a soft, generous texture.
Winemaking Information
Non-vintage Reserve Ruby Port blended from traditional Douro red grape varieties. Fermentation is arrested by fortification, and maturation in large oak vats preserves rich primary fruit. This miniature contains 5cl of Fonseca Bin 27 at 20% ABV.
