About The Producer
Y Knot is a Spanish range associated with Bodegas Isidro Milagro, a family business with roots in Rioja and interests across several Spanish wine regions. The producer brings an experienced, practical approach to sourcing and vinification, working with varieties that respond well to the warmth of central Spain while retaining freshness. Its Verdejo is grown in Castilla and made in stainless steel to show the grape's natural citrus, orchard-fruit and aromatic character. Rather than pursuing complexity through heavy oak ageing, the emphasis is on a clean, lively wine that overdelivers as an aperitif or alongside food.
Winemaking Information
100% Verdejo grown in Castilla in central Spain. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before fermentation over roughly 10–15 days, with temperature control used to protect fresh tropical-fruit and citrus aromas. The 2023 bottling is listed at 12% ABV. No organic or vegan certification has been independently established for this release.
