Discover the epitome of Italian wine craftsmanship with our Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2019 by Allegrini. Sourced from venerable 37-year-old vines in the historic Valpolicella Classica region of Fumane, Verona, this wine is a masterstroke of balance and complexity. Elevated at 450-520 meters above sea level on varied clayey and chalky volcanic soils, the grape composition is a harmonious blend of 45% Corvina Veronese, 45% Corvinone, 5% Rondinella, and 5% Oseleta.

Following a more classic harvest schedule, the grapes are handpicked in late September, and naturally dried for 3-4 months, losing 40-45% of their original weight. This concentrated Appassimento process gives the wine its unforgettable aromatic intensity, packed with dark fruits, undergrowth, and intriguing hints of spice and tobacco. Once harvested, the grapes undergo a 25-day fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before aging gracefully for 18 months in oak barrels.

From the first sip, experience a powerful and vigorous palate that gradually tapers into an elegant dance of acidic and savory notes, leaving you with a clean, dry finish. This exceptional bottle effortlessly compliments traditional pairings like game, roasted meats, and matured cheeses, but its unique profile also makes it an adventurous companion to exotic sweet and sour Asian or Middle-Eastern dishes.

Go on... Indulge in a bottle that captures the essence of a region, the soul of a vintage, and the dedication of generations.
