Winemaking Information
Sourced from a high-altitude vineyard in the Clare Valley, this Riesling is fermented slowly at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve its purity, freshness and aromatic intensity. No oak is used, allowing the vibrant citrus fruit and mineral character to take centre stage. The wine is bottled unfined, retaining extra texture and staying true to Vinteloper's minimal intervention philosophy.
