About The Producer
Equipo Navazos began as a group of sherry enthusiasts seeking out exceptional, often overlooked casks in the bodegas of Jerez and Sanlúcar. Their numbered La Bota bottlings helped bring rare, mature sherries to a wider audience. Working with Eduardo Ojeda and selected cellars, they champion precision, authenticity and the extraordinary complexity of wines aged under flor.
Winemaking Information
A selection of just 60 casks from around 12,000 in the La Guita cellars. Made from Palomino Fino and aged under a protective layer of flor for approximately four and a half years, then bottled en rama with minimal filtration to retain its savoury, saline intensity.
