About The Producer
Estandon is one of Provence's leading wine cooperatives, bringing together hundreds of growers across some of the region's finest vineyard sites. Founded in 1947, the winery has played a major role in establishing Provence as the benchmark for elegant, pale rosé. Working closely with its growers, Estandon combines sustainable viticulture with meticulous winemaking, producing wines that consistently overdeliver on quality and value. Le Rollier is named after the colourful European roller bird, a familiar sight across the Mediterranean landscape and a symbol of the region's relaxed way of life.
Winemaking Information
The grapes are harvested during the cool of the night to preserve freshness before undergoing a short period of skin contact to achieve the wine's delicate pale pink colour. The juice is gently pressed, cold settled and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to retain bright acidity, resulting in a rosé that's vibrant, crisp and wonderfully refreshing.
