About The Producer
Viña Indómita is based in Chile's Casablanca Valley, where coastal cooling influences help deliver aromatic, naturally fresh wines. The estate works across several Chilean growing regions, choosing varieties and sites to suit each other, with a focus on expressive fruit and responsible vineyard management.
Winemaking Information
A 50/50 blend of Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc, hand-harvested in Casablanca. Whole bunches are pressed and the juice settled before a slow fermentation with selected yeasts, retaining natural grape sweetness. A small portion of the wine receives French oak ageing, lending additional texture.
