A super fresh, bone-dry Chenin Blanc that really hits the spot. It opens with zippy aromas of green apple skin, citrus and a hint of cut grass. The palate is crisp and clean with a lovely mineral feel (duh). Think juicy pink grapefruit, white peach and a touch of melon, all wrapped up with a bit of zingy acidity and a whisper of spice. Bright, textured and seriously easy to drink, this is a proper all-rounder. Great with fish, roast chicken or just on its own. A Wine Merchant Top 100 wine (2025).
