Settlement 'Heritage Vineyard' Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Wow! This is a delicious slap round the chops... Amazingly intense aromas of ripe freshly cut citrus fruits, reminiscent of pristine lemons and oranges, intertwined with blossom and cumin spice. But for all of it's intensity, the wine is perfectly poised, chiselled and balanced. This is exciting, electric Sauvignon Blanc. 

Settlement is an exciting new project working with some of the best parcels of organically certified fruit in Marlborough. The wines produced, a Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Noir, are well suited to Marlborough’s soil profile and climate, and are sourced from individual sites in the Waurau and Southern Valleys, renowned for their silty clay loams. Settlement was established by Steve Planthaber and Kirsty Sutherland. After twelve enjoyable years working for Cloudy Bay Vineyards in production and operations, Steve decided to use his diverse skills and experience to create this new enterprise.
