Tenuta del Melo is a small biodynamic estate in the Gavi hills of Piedmont, focused primarily on Cortese and Barbera. The Rossi Cairo family farm around 20 hectares on the mineral-rich marl soils typical of the area, with an emphasis on organic and biodynamic practices, including cover crops and natural soil preparations rather than chemical intervention.
