Thibault Ducroux is part of the new wave of thoughtful Beaujolais growers focusing on careful vineyard work and minimal intervention in the cellar. Working with old-vine Gamay across the granite soils of Fleurie, he favours gentle extraction and traditional semi-carbonic fermentation to preserve freshness and perfume. The aim isn’t power, it’s precision and drinkability. The result is a Fleurie that feels authentic, expressive and refreshingly unforced.
