Y Knot Verdejo 2023

This is simply delicious. Tropical and zesty with a spiky, fresh acidity. The nose is full of beautifully ripe fruits with a touch of white flower which follow onto the palate. In the mouth the wine feels even more concentrated. Melon and papaya fruit comes to mind, and the juice is nicely textured with a zippy, saline acidity. A lovely, fresh wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, or indeed alongside seafood, grilled vegetable or a summer salad.

Y Knot is produced in the Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, Spain, located in the autonomous region of Castilla-La Mancha. A region in the heart of the country. After being carefully harvested at optimum ripeness, the wines are fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats to retain freshness and immediate drinkability.
